I was privileged to be invited to a fundraising event for the charity Mind at Gheluvelt Park in Worcester raising awareness for men's mental health and the stigma it creates for men.
Whilst I was at the event it became clear that there is very little in the way of group counselling for men in the Worcestershire and Gloucestershire area so I decided to see if I can get enough interest to start one, what do you think?
